I am not saying that people don't need to eat these foods, but that they should eat them at certain times. I think people need to eat foods on certain days to be free of parasites. The foods most often recommended as "foods of the devil" to prevent the spread of parasites are as follows: Fruits and vegetables, cooked and raw meats, eggs and dairy products (especially yogurt), fermented dairy products, and raw nuts and seeds.
